Domain Names R Us provides the following services
under the Family Domain Name Program :

1.)Domain Name Registration of Family Names in .US .Com .Info .Net Domains
2.)Hosting of Family Domain Names on fast permanently connected to the internet, servers.
3.)E-Mail Forwarding Service called Aliasing.
4.)Web Site URL Redirection.
5.)Host Family Name Web Site
6.)Provide WebMail (POP 3 account) access (Additional Charge)

These services are primarily designed for individuals and families.
Clients using the Service, agree to be bound by all of the conditions listed here and will be deemed to have read and understood them:

1.)Domain Names R Us cannot guarantee that the domain name applied for will be registered in your name or is capable of being registered by you. For example you must be a USA citizen or Corporation to register a Name under .US Domain. Therefore, you should not take any action in respect of your requested domain name until you have been notified by Domain Names R Us that the domain name you requested has been registered and configured.

2.) Domain Names R Us does not accept any responsibility regarding the use of a domain name registered on behalf of the client and any dispute between the client and any other individual or organization in relation to a domain name must be resolved between the parties concerned. Domain Names R Us will not take part in any such dispute. However, on becoming aware of any such dispute Domain Names R Us reserves the right to either suspend or cancel a domain name, without giving notice or any reason.

3.) Neither Domain Names R Us or anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering the service shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the service or inability to use the service.

4.) Domain Names R Us reserves the right to deny access to any potential client and withdraw the service immediately to any client who abuses that service in the sole discretion of Domain Names R Us.

5.) Each client agrees that the use of the service is at the client's sole risk. Neither Domain Names R Us or any of its employees, agents, or partners, guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; nor does Domain Names R Us, or any of its employees, agents, or partners, make any guarantee as to the results to be obtained from use of the service.

6.) Domain Names R Us shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.

7.) The services offered by Domain Names R Us must only be used for lawful purposes. Clients are prohibited from transmitting on, or through any of Domain Names R Us services, any material that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, national or international law. This also includes any material or names that are copyright or trademarked in any form in any country.

8.) Domain Names R Us accepts no responsibility to review the contents of any information provided to the client, including, but not limited to, information accessed through links to other sites and forwarded e-mail, and by using the service each client agrees that Domain Names R Us shall have no liability for such contents.

9.) Domain Names R Us Family address may not be used as a return address for commercial e-mail solicitations, advertising, offensive or illegal communications, communications which infringe intellectual property rights, or communications which harass, intimidate or otherwise violate the rights of others. Domain Names R Us reserves the right to terminate the service of any individual or organization who violate this policy without notice.

10.) Clients must not participate in any form of unsolicited bulk e-mail or Spam, whether or not the recipient wishes to receive such mailings. Domain Names R Us reserves the right to terminate the service immediately for any individual or organization who violates this policy without notice.

11.) Clients must not attempt to impersonate others, including, but not limited to, e-mail messages. Clients must not give the impression that an e-mail message originates from Domain Names R Us.

12.) The client agrees that they shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless Domain Names R Us from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Domain Names R Us, its agents, its customers, officers, employees, and partners, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or any product sold by the client, its agents, employees, assigns and partners.13. The client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Domain Names R Us against liabilities arising out of (1) copyright infringement, (2) any injury to person or property caused by any product sold or otherwise in connection with Domain Names R Us, or its partners server; (3) any material supplied by the client infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (4) any defective products sold to customer from Domain Names R Us or partners server (5) any breach of clause 7 above.

14.) Domain Names R Us will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Domain Names R Us ,its partners, or anyone else involved in creating, producing or distributing this service, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use this service, including, but not limited to, reliance on any information obtained through this service; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mails, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not to acts of God, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Domain Names R Us records, programs or services.

15.) Clients are responsible for keeping their accounts current and all fees are payable in advance. When you place your order you have entered into a contract with Domain Names R Us for a period of one year and the fee is non-refundable. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of prepayment.

16.) Payment of the renewal fee is due before the anniversary date from when the account was established. No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All Invoices will be sent by e-mail 5-6 weeks before payment is due. Failure to pay the invoice by the due date will result in the account being cancelled and Domain Names R Us will not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the removal of the service.

17.) Domain Names R Us reserves the right to amend and update these Conditions at any time, without notice.
